Website login: when you log in with Discord we get your user ID, name, avatar and the list of your servers. We do not get your email or password.
Server settings: the settings that server's staff choose on the website, and a log of changes made on the website (who changed what, and when).
Feature data: things the features need to work, like levels and XP, server economy coins, global Vex Coins and profiles, warnings and moderation cases, tickets and ticket transcripts, giveaways, polls, suggestions, reminders, AFK notes, invite counts and backups.
Message logs: only in servers that turned message logs on, the bot keeps a copy of messages (text, author, attachment links) for up to 7 days, so it can show what a deleted or edited message said. After 7 days the copy is deleted by itself.
Backups: when a server's staff make a backup, it can include channels, roles, settings and recent messages from that server.
Payments: if you buy Premium or Vex Coins, Stripe handles the payment. We never see or keep your card details. We keep your Discord ID, what you bought and when.
How we use it
Only to run the bot and the website: to make features work, show your settings, keep servers safe, stop abuse and fix bugs. We do not sell your data and do not use it for ads.
Who can see it
A server's staff can see data for their own server (for example logs, tickets and moderation cases). The bot owner and the people they trust to help run the bot can see data when needed to fix problems or stop abuse; those actions are logged. Stripe sees the payment details it needs. We don't share data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept
On our own server (Oracle Cloud). We protect it with secure connections (HTTPS) and limited access, but no system is perfectly safe.
How long we keep it
Message log copies: up to 7 days. Other data: while the bot is in the server or you use the bot, or until it is deleted. When the bot leaves a server, that server's data may stay for a while in case it is added back, and you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Server staff can turn features (like message logs) off at any time and delete backups on the website.
Delete your own data yourself: press "Delete my data" at the bottom of your My profile page on this website, or use /deletemydata in Discord. It removes, in every server and right away: your website account and logins, Vex Coins and profile, levels and XP, server coins and items, AFK status, reminders, the 7-day message log copies of your messages, your votes, giveaway entries still running, applications not answered yet, and access others gave you (staff rank, website moderator access, "allowed member" command rules).
What deleting keeps, and why: moderation cases, warnings, reports, appeals and command blocks about you (they keep servers safe, and each server's staff own them); ticket transcripts, decided applications, giveaways you won and suggestions you posted (that server's records); payment records with Stripe's ids and amounts (needed for refunds and accounting); and one line in our Admin log saying you deleted your data, with no other details. If you pay for Premium, cancel it first and delete once it has ended.
You can ask us to show you or delete the data we keep about you or your server in our support server.
You can remove the bot's access to your account in Discord: User Settings > Authorized Apps.
Children
You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13). Payments must be made by an adult or with a parent's permission.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Terms of Service.
