By adding friendschat to a Discord server or using its website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must also follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Server owners and the people they give access to choose which features are on and how they work. They are responsible for how they use the bot in their server, for example the messages it sends, the roles it gives and the moderation actions it takes.
If someone breaks these rules, we may block them or their server from the bot.
Some features need Plus or Premium. Payments are handled by Stripe. Premium lasts for the time you paid for and ends when the subscription ends. Vex Coins and other in-bot items have no real money value, can't be turned back into money, and may not be used for gambling.
We work hard to keep the bot running, but it is provided "as is". It can be offline, have bugs, or change features at any time. We are not responsible for lost data or for what other people do with the bot. Keep your own copies of anything important.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the bot after a change, you accept the new terms.
